1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Kivaro reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 11 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return the product

  • After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 4 days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible products if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You want a different size or replacement (subject to availability)

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Used or damaged items not due to our fault

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • In such cases, Kivaro will cover the return shipping charges
